Program Management - Program Manager II
About the role
The Program Management - Program Manager II role oversees the day-to-day execution for retail and telecommunications repair, maintenance, and supply fulfillment operations across North America. The role requires hands-on experience in retail operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, and service performance.
- Tracking corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, and documentation accuracy.
- Converting improvement findings into standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Driving repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency and operational consistency.
- Partnering with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to resolve material and service escalations.
- Collaborating with internal teams including merchandising, sales, and finance.
- Supporting new product introductions, retail refresh activities, and operational scaling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, or vendor management.
- Experience supporting big-box retail or multi-site retail execution.
- Vendor management skills, including service level agreements, scorecards, and service reviews.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consumer electronics or tech retail industries.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or other process improvement or project management certification.
