The Team You’ll Join
You will join Envestnet's Revenue Operations team, focused on enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, and other go-to-market functions. The team ensures business leaders have access to accurate reporting, trusted data, and actionable insights that drive growth and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
- Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
- Independently manages multiple, aligned projects within a program area.
- Manages cross-functional project teams comprised of functional, operational, and other business team members, driving decision-making and ensuring on-time delivery of defined deliverables.
- Plays a consultative role to implement appropriate people, processes, and tools for effective project management and success.
- Manages projects with complex business, operational, and technical challenges.
- Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects.
- Defines, implements, and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects.
- Drives execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Leads project meetings with internal and external stakeholders by preparing agendas, leading conversations, providing project updates, and assigning follow-up tasks.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to project managers.
- Organizes and conducts training for new team members.
- Leads strategic go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution, translating business objectives into actionable project plans with defined milestones, owners, and timelines.
- Identifies and proactively manages program risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating issues as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Facilitates cross-functional working sessions, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, Product, and Operations teams to drive execution and organizational priorities.
- Develops and maintains executive-level reporting on key initiatives, providing visibility into program status, progress against goals, risks, and performance metrics.
- Partners with business leaders to assess operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Creates and maintains documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures that support consistency, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record running cross-functional projects end-to-end, on time and to a measurable outcome.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfortable running multiple programs independently and bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Experience improving and documenting business processes.
- Clear, proactive communicator across all levels, including leadership.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with GTM systems and tooling.
- Experience supporting tool rollouts, process changes, or operating cadences.
- Change management experience driving adoption of new processes or tools.
- Project tracking tool experience (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Experience in SaaS / financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Pay
This role offers a base salary range of $125,900 to $157,400. The range represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation and does not include incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
