Program Management Home Manager

About the role

As Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities for one or more homes, ensuring that individuals receiving services are properly cared for.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities, budgets, and schedules for one or more homes and designated individuals
• Directly supervise staff including performance evaluations, hiring, scheduling, orientation, ongoing support, and training
• Maintain census and maximize utilization and occupancy percentages within programs
• Maintain and foster relationships with individuals receiving services, families, and guardians; implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans as appropriate
• Implement program plans for individuals receiving services and submit timely incident reports as appropriate, providing individual corrective action
• Develop, implement, revise, and monitor data collection and Individual Program Plans for individual training programs; maintain records for individuals served; complete monthly data summaries and make revisions as needed
• Ensure safety plans and coordinate scheduling for supported individuals; ensure that individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management; coordinate activities and appointments; assist in the management of youth funds
• Purchase program supplies and submit billing compliance documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field
• One to two years of experience preferred
• CPR and first aid certification
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with others
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
