Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager, Associate for the Air Dominance Block 1.1 program. As a PM leader, you will lead a cross-functional team to manage both development and transition to production risk and opportunities as well as oversee design-to-cost initiatives for block upgrades.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the Air Dominance block upgrades
- Risk and Opportunity process
- Establish and manage a robust affordability program for the active and future block upgrade programs
- Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, production operations and customers
- Serve as the primary interface to the Air Dominance Transition-to-Production Program team for the Block 1.1 configuration
- Support follow-on and engineering change proposals at the prime level
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the program team
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards

- The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.
- The ideal candidate should have leadership of cross-functional teams with scope >$20M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance, transition to production experience, experience with missile systems & subsystems, experience with classified programs (collateral and special access programs), and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
