About the role
The Program Management Analyst will manage a complex Department of Defense (DoD) engineering/technical program, serve as a Point of Contact through the project life cycle, and provide program input and recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Interface and coordinate with high-level staff, contracting officers, engineers, and government stakeholders.
- Manage taskers to ensure priority actions are properly executed throughout the organization.
- Lead project meetings and prepare briefings, papers, minutes, calendars, and action items.
- Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.
Requirements
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration/Management, Project Management, etc.).
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, etc.).
- Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.02 - Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and FAR.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous and recent experience coordinating the management of military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems).
- Knowledge of the vehicle acquisition procurement process preferred.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration/Management, Project Management, etc.).
- A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, etc.) is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
