Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and lead program activities and initiatives.
- Oversight of program participants ensuring safety.
- Attendance at field trips and external building activities.
- Organization of projects and all events.
- Reporting all injuries immediately.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to meet the criteria of being at least 4 years older than teens in program.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
