Responsibilities

• The Program Lead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s).
• This position also assists in ensuring coordination of services are successful, customer relations are following the highest standard, and referral sources have touch points and are informed.
• The Program Lead monitors that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained, and coordinates with leadership when support is needed.
• Assists therapy staff in effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.
