Program Lead – Genesis Gardens

About the role

The Program Lead – Genesis Gardens (Steward) oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the Genesis Gardens community program. This role requires strong leadership skills, community engagement, and a passion for environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of Genesis Gardens community program activities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance community engagement and environmental education
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to promote sustainability and community development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or environmental programs
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
