Program Lead - Genesis Gardens

About the role

The Program Lead – Genesis Gardens (Steward) oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the Genesis Gardens community program. This role requires strong leadership skills, community engagement, and a passion for social impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of Genesis Gardens community programs
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance community engagement and support
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to foster partnerships and resources
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (social work, public administration, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development or related field
• Proven track record of successful program management and community engagement
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
