Program Integrity Manager

About the role

Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA is seeking a full-time Program Integrity Manager to support and strengthen our commitment to high-quality services and regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding reviews
• Assess incidents
• Support program teams
• Coordinate with regulatory partners such as DCF, DDS, DPPC, DPH, CARF, and others
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Lead internal audits
• Aid in preparing for licensing, certification, and accreditation reviews
• Maintain program integrity
• Promote safety
• Sustain consistent, high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, investigations, or program oversight in human services or special education
• CPR and First Aid certification, or able to obtain within 3 months
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in children's residential or educational programs, adult residential or day habilitation services, or similar regulated human services with licensing, accreditation, and external oversight (preferred)

Schedule

This position follows a full-time, 1st-shift schedule.
