Program Integrator, Lead
Are you looking for an opportunity to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and post-award contracts with the Space Force? As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you’ll work closely with our DoD clients and stakeholders in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives. This role offers the chance to lead a team of experts, serve as a liaison to the Government client, and make a direct impact on our country’s defense acquisition and contracts strategy.
About the role
As the program’s key focal point in D.C., you will develop acquisition strategies, including work on middle-tier acquisitions and other contracts, manage stakeholder relationships, and usher the program through major milestones, including transitioning to operations. Responsibilities include developing stakeholder engagement strategies, preparing procurement request packages, and ensuring the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You will also provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, life cycle planning, program management, leadership, and business operations
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships including operations, PAE, SAE, and D.C. staff
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
- Experience with acquisition support to DoD key program milestones and decision events
- Experience with Project and Program Execution, including life cycle sustainment
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
- Experience with SATCOM and Nuclear Command Control and Communication stakeholders and mission areas
- Experience with Space Force systems and organizations
- Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teaming and leadership skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility is expected, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
- Onsite: Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
