Program Financial Manager

About the role

The Program Financial Manager is responsible for managing all budget activities within the group, including developing detailed briefings to justify funding needs, preparing budget exhibits, and maintaining spend plans and execution spreadsheets using required systems.

Responsibilities

• Administering program finances in accordance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations
• Preparing funding documents
• Developing financial data
• Tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures throughout the acquisition cycle

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial management.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in budget formulation, analysis, and monitoring
• Familiarity with financial systems such as NFIS, FIRsT, and RCA tools (preferred)
• Coordination of agreements (preferred)

Security & Physical Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
• Must be able to remain stationary for periods, move within the office as needed, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
