Program Finance Analyst II, Market Expansion (Hybrid)
Roles And Responsibilities
Support program control activities for a rapidly growing portfolio of development and production programs with associated internal and external reporting requirements.
Act as a full business partner to the Market Expansion development and production program teams.
Contribute to the establishment of accurate program financial forecasts, including the Operating Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and the long-term Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
Provide financial data and analysis enabling timely business decision-making.
Influence favorable program execution via robust baseline management, application of EVMS principles, developing realistic Estimate at Completions (EACs), and actively reporting risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
- Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
- Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173
This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
