About the role
The Program Director assists in the management of the Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children. This role involves overseeing administrative functions of programs as assigned and acting as a community liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration with external agencies and government entities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, health promotion, health care, legislative affairs, public policy, administration, criminal justice or related field
- Three (3) years post-Master’s Degree experience in the area of study; OR three (3) years of experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, victim advocacy, community organizing and developing and implementing prevention education or other relevant background
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
- Current Hawai‘i licensure in respective field required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in crisis intervention and victim advocacy
