About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and curate content for social media channels, including images, videos, and blog posts.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy and improve engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
