Program Director - RN - Full Time

About the role

As Program Operations Director – RN, you are responsible for accelerating value creation through clinical operations. You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of the wound care center.

Responsibilities

• Engage with physicians and medical staff in state-of-the-art wound care facilities.
• Execute objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the center.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff on the Performance Improvement Plan.
• Manage clinic/operational center employees in terms of performance, behavior, and training.
• Prepare and manage salary, budget, and financial objectives to maximize monthly program utilization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing, or a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, required for Magnet Hospitals - some business focus preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in nurse management or hospital service line management.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Effective problem-solving skills, decision-making via innovation & creativity.
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment.
