About the Role

Crossroads Treatment Centers is a family of professionals dedicated to providing the most accessible, highest quality, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to combat the growing opioid epidemic and help people with opioid use disorder start their path to recovery. Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, serving over 26,500 patients across Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations and offer assistance where needed, dependent on certification, licensure, and ability.
  • Ensure adherence to Organizational and Program Standards outlined in Policy and Procedure Manuals, as well as regulatory procedures issued by applicable authorities.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or governance authority.
  • Screen and interview new associates for hire and submit requests for approval as necessary.
  • Orient new associates to the program, including completion of new hire policies, review of the associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTO.
  • Arrange and ensure adequate staff training events and development opportunities.
  • Develop Quality/Performance Improvement plans specific to the program in collaboration with program leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in counseling or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing a large team.
  • MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) experience is required.
  • Proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Master’s degree in the human services field preferred.
  • Licensed Counselor in Georgia preferred.
  • If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.

  • Constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy in completing assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and follow through on all assignments.
  • Excellent organizational and highly detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work well in a group setting and independently.

Schedule

This position requires early morning hours, beginning at 5:00 AM.
