Program Director Residential Rehab

About the Role

LSSI is hiring a full-time Program Director at the Next Steps Day Treatment Program. This role is responsible for supervising the daily operations and delivery of substance use services, providing support oversight to the program, and ensuring compliance with grant, regulatory, and funding entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services.
• Ensure reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, SOR Grant, and funding bodies are met.
• Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
• Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service field required.
• Master’s degree in a social service field preferred.
• CADC or ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of date of hire required.
• LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW/LPHA preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the substance use field with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
• Excellent organization, presentation, and PC/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
• Access to reliable transportation required.
• Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.

Pay

Salary $77,000-$82,000/Annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
