Responsibilities
- Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
- Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
- Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
- Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
- Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration; inpatient rehab management preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
Pay
$140,000–$145,000/yr
