Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
  • Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
  • Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
  • Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration; inpatient rehab management preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Valid clinical license as applicable by state.

Pay

$140,000–$145,000/yr
