Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to ensure company and client goals are met.
  • Lead program staffing, team supervision, and staff development across the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality care practices.
  • Drive operational efficiency, including oversight of budgets, referrals, and admissions processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promote a high level of customer service.
  • Support quality management initiatives and participate in safety and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

  • A current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting.
  • Proven management experience and/or a strong rehabilitation background.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with a geriatric or disabled population (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with computers and current technology.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care protocols.

$114,400 - $131,040 per year
