Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to ensure company and client goals are met.
- Lead program staffing, team supervision, and staff development across the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality care practices.
- Drive operational efficiency, including oversight of budgets, referrals, and admissions processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promote a high level of customer service.
- Support quality management initiatives and participate in safety and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- A current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting.
- Proven management experience and/or a strong rehabilitation background.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a geriatric or disabled population (preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with computers and current technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care protocols.

$114,400 - $131,040 per year
