Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met.
- Accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.
- Lead program staffing, team supervision, and staff development across the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality care practices.
- Drive operational efficiency, including oversight of budgets, referrals, and admissions processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promote a high level of customer service.
- Support quality management initiatives and participate in safety and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- A current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting.
- Proven management experience and/or a strong rehabilitation background.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a geriatric or disabled population (preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with computers and current technology.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Registered Nurse (RN), along with demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting. Additional qualifications include:

Pay
$140,000 - $160,000 per year
