Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to Recovery Specialists to ensure quality care incorporating clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling
- Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable
- Assist in staff selection and resolving personnel issues
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees under the direction of the Program Director
- Oversee client activities
- Facilitate efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration
- Ensure adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate directions clearly and appropriately
- Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems
- Two years of sobriety preferred
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
