Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Recovery Specialists to ensure quality care incorporating clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling
  • Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable
  • Assist in staff selection and resolving personnel issues
  • Provide coaching and counseling to employees under the direction of the Program Director
  • Oversee client activities
  • Facilitate efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate directions clearly and appropriately
  • Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • Two years of sobriety preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
