Program Director

About the role

This is a part-time position to start but can quickly grow into full time for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow The Little Gym team members

Requirements

• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high fives
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps
• Lives to serve; helping others be their best
• Kids really like you, and their parents really like you too
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates
• Loves to have fun but knows when to buckle down and do work
