Supervisory Responsibilities
- Consistent coaching, feedback, & development of direct reports
- Review & approval of timecards
- Completing performance reviews & development plans
- Administration of personnel policies
- Scheduling
- Leading regular staff meetings & supervision
- Making sure training compliance
- Hiring new staff and related functions
Position Responsibilities
- Monitors and manages program operation
- Maintains physical plant and compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Maintains program activities in compliance with regulatory agencies
- Makes sure programmatic data meets productivity expectations and records are accurate
- Coordinates program's relationship with other agencies and community resources
- Completes and monitors chart audits
- Participates in relevant agency meetings and committees
- Develops and maintains a clinically sound treatment program
- Maintains client confidentiality
- Completes all required trainings
Qualifications
- Master's Degree and Qualified Health Professional (QHP) certification (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or CASAC)
- Three (3) years of relevant direct service experience, including responsibility for clinical supervision
- Knowledge of clinical supervision practice, relevant community resources and mental health treatment system structure, common mental disabilities, behavior theory, principles of psychiatric rehabilitation, multi-disciplinary team methodology, psychotropic medications, and direct service delivery methods and theory
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
- Minimum proficiency with Windows based software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records databases and basic computer skills
- Adequate appreciation of cultural diversity and awareness of cross-cultural counseling issues
