The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a significant impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Oversight of program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds curriculum expectations.
• Train and evaluate the team to keep everyone at the top of their game.
• Oversee the fun and ensure the seriousness of our role in the community and with each child.

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.
• Lovely personality, especially with children.
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.
• Ability to motivate children to be more confident and skilled.
