Program Director / Gymnastics Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll provide training)
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience
• Oversight of program quality to ensure classes meet curriculum expectations
• Train and evaluate the team to maintain high standards
• Ensure kids walk out more confident than when they arrived
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
• Engage with children and their families in a fun and nurturing way

Requirements

• Ability to work with children from 4 months to 12 years old
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Passionate about children's fitness and development
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
