Program Director, Emergency Medical Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the creation of educational programs aligned with institutional goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of courses to enhance student outcomes
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure program support and success
• Ensure all programs comply with accreditation standards and are accessible to all students
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and funding for educational programs
• Provide strategic leadership across regional operations for consistency and performance
• Analyze regional market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and outreach efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, education or related field
• Experience in live and hybrid course delivery with a focus on instructional design principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English
• Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Basic computer literacy to utilize necessary technologies effectively
