Responsibilities

• Oversight of Foundation reporting and recordkeeping functions, including financial management, gift annuities, and database systems.
• Collaborate with the Programs Manager in all Foundation Programs (scholarship, Angel Fund, etc.), fund balances, approval of fund requests and additional financial recordkeeping.
• Prepares materials and reports for Board and committee meetings, including monthly financial statements.
• Communicate with Foundation Financial Advisors as needed and schedule their reporting to the committee mid-year and year-end.
• Deals with pressure to meet deadlines, maintains accuracy, and handles constantly changing situations.
• Deals with a variety of people, handles stressful situations, and handles conflict.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.

Exemption

Wage Exempt
Starting Wage $69,534.40/annual
Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
