The Little Gym

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

About the role

Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same!

Responsibilities

• Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires.
• Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee the full breadth of programs offered to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
