About the role
Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming membership experience. Maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International across all programs. Support training and evaluation of fellow team members.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a willingness to embrace a fun, high-energy environment
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills—both kids and parents should enjoy interacting with you
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to balance fun with professionalism
