About the role
The Program Director leads the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), a 16-bed inpatient program serving individuals aged 18-64 with severe mental health issues. The role involves overseeing clinical and operational aspects while ensuring compliance with licensing and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to licensing/oversight regulations and company policies.
- Oversees the clinical and operational aspects of the MHRC.
- Develops and implements program strategies to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and independence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a social science field OR Bachelor’s degree in nursing with RN licensure.
- At least eight (8) years of experience in the behavioral health field, including two (2) years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in program development for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- BBS licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist with eligibility for clinical supervision.
- Candidates without a master’s degree in a social science field must hold a valid California license as a Registered Nurse (RN), LVN, or LPT.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in a social science field OR Bachelor’s degree in nursing with RN licensure.
- Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in the behavioral health field, including two (2) years in a leadership capacity.
- License/Certification: BBS licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist with eligibility for clinical supervision.
- Driver Requirements: Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Pay
$125,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD Per Year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, AM shift but may vary depending on Program needs.
