The Recovery Connection Peer Recovery Program

Location: Marlborough, MA

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Pay rate: $54,000 - $57,000 annually

Responsibilities

Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Recovery Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services.

• Supervising staff and volunteers
• Provides regular peer supervision and leadership development
• Ensures ongoing training and capacity-building for all team members
• Playing a vital role in enhancing recovery coaching efforts
• Developing strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and effective service environment

Working beyond a standard 40-hour week, and a strong commitment to the Center’s mission and the needs of the recovery community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or another related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
• Lived experience with addiction recovery preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
