Program Director, IDD Services | Union, MO

What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other team members
- Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Build strong relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners
- Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards
- Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges as they arise
- Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Need
- Required: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance, ability to obtain required state certifications upon hire
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, 2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supervisory, management, or team leadership experience, experience in residential services, supported living, community-based services, or disability services
