Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services
- Day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing
- Administrative oversight for the site
- Serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board
- Led the site management team
- Ensure the Mission and Values of ROP are represented in every facet under his/her organizational control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions
Qualifications
- Passionate about improving the lives of youth
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
