Program Director

What You Get To Do

• Oversee and coordinate the management of assigned residential and/or day programs for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Balance direct care responsibilities with supervisory duties
• Manage personnel including orientation and ongoing training completion
• Monitor all program aspects including developing individual goals and plans, and implementing the program
• Coordinate and manage overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of programs
• Guide and direct designees at each site

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required
• At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• At least 2 years of experience in management working with developmental disabilities
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills
• Responsible, mature, and flexible approach to work
• Valid driver's license
• Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding/employment process

Pay and Schedule

Starting salary: $52,000 annual salary based on education level. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with on-call responsibilities (including weekends and odd hours as needed). Location: Kokomo, Peru and Logansport.
