Program Director

About the role

The Director oversees multiple programs aimed at helping at-risk youth and families, ensuring that all services adhere to legal and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage program contract, budget, and operations
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, and policies
• Provide guidance and leadership to staff
• Interview candidates, hire staff, and manage staff performance
• Train, develop, and mentor all direct reporting staff
• Ensure all staff are trained in program data collection and input data into Salesforce weekly
• Work effectively with the Regional Director and the management team
• Manage the on-call crisis line and respond to crises as needed
• Review and analyze monthly financial and statistical reports
• Conduct monthly file reviews to ensure compliance with license and contract requirements
• Perform monthly reviews on Salesforce data collection system

Requirements

• Maintain certificates required for the position, including but not limited to First Aid and CPR
• Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests
• Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request
• Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background and motor vehicle check
