This is an expatriate opportunity that requires relocation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. OverviewWe are seeking a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to join the Corporate Academy Development Division.The Corporate Academy Development Division is responsible for providing a wide range of learning opportunities to fulfill the business need, while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of all learning operations across the company.Your primary role is to design, develop, implement, and evaluate programs, courses, and workshops aligned with identified needs to support the professional growth and/or technical development of employees. Your role also entails collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other teams to identify learning needs, design curriculum, and assess the impact of the training solutions implemented. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs, courses, and workshops that address the professional development and/or technical needs of employeesConduct needs assessments and data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvementTranslate training needs into clear learning objectivesCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop curriculum, learning objectives, and assessment strategiesCreate engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of delivery methods, including online, instructor-led, and blended learningPilot training programs to validate that the instructional solutions align with defined learning objectivesDevelop and implement evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of programs and coursesStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and adult learningProvide recommendations for improving existing programs and courses, and develop strategies for scaling and sustaining successful initiativesConduct research and analysis to develop reports and proposals for future training programs Minimum RequirementsAs the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning, Design, or Technology from a recognized and approved program.A Master’s degree, and additional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design are preferred.You should be able to demonstrate working proficiency with industry standard authoring tools (e.g. – Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to design and develop interactive learning content.You will have 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation, within a large corporate setting.You will have a strong background in the application of adult learning theory.You will have experience with instructional design models (ADDIE and SAM), adult learning theory, and program evaluation methodologies.You will be able to demonstrate strong project management and communication skillsYou must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
