About the role
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Delivery Manager to lead a new team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end execution of complex projects and initiatives for the new team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a new team, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide cross-functional coordination and delivery accountability.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones; lead cross-functional teams of government and contractor personnel.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project status.
- Establish governance frameworks, coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects, and ensure projects follow established methodologies while implementing process improvements based on lessons learned.
- Understand team needs and actively engage to address them.
- Provide sound advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
- Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders.
- Document organizational conflicts of interest and mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to technical teams, management, and customers regarding work status, progress, plans, and potential problems with viable solutions in a timely and transparent manner.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Strategic Intelligence, or related discipline and 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, financial data monitoring, and control of funds using EVM.
- Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR.
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
- Ability to plan and lead major technology assignments.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Hands-on personality with a take-ownership approach and constant engagement with key stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation skills.
Security Clearance
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Pay
Salary Range: $176,900.00 - $332,400.00
