Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 3

About the role

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. This position can sit out of any of the above listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reports (full Earned Value data)
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports
• Develop and review EACs
• Briefing the customer on monthly Earned Value deliverables
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience – OR - Master’s degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience
• No clearance required to start
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Experience with accounting systems and EV systems
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
• Defense industry experience
• Program Cost Control experience
• SAP and/or Cobra experience
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience with Cognos
• Experience with the 32 EVM Guidelines
