This position analyzes program performance, develops reporting and insights, coordinates cross-functional activities, and helps ensure programs are delivered efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with organizational goals. What You Bring Key Responsibilities Analyze program performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.Develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and program documentation.Monitor program schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders to support program implementation.Support regulatory reporting, compliance activities, and audit readiness as applicable.Track program risks, issues, and action items, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of program data and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience supporting programs, projects, or operations within the electric utility, energy, or infrastructure industry is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience working in a regulated environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams is a plus.
