About the role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team at Bucks County Community College. This position provides program support for workforce development programs, specifically for a new HVAC career training program. The position involves coordinating and providing operational support, assisting with student recruitment, and managing various program activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide operational support for the HVAC and industrial skills training programs.
- Aid in the recruitment of students and coordinate their applications and vetting process.
- Work closely with community partners to manage student recruitment and ongoing supportive services.
- Organize and coordinate information sessions, assessments, generate instructor contracts, and manage graduation events.
- Coordinate program activities at various college facilities.
- Purchase classroom materials and equipment, act as liaison with students and instructors, and provide operational support for the Center for Advanced Technologies (CAT).
- Report to the Director of Workforce Programs and implement student recruitment, registrations, and placements, case management, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent, with 4 years of work experience in the industry.
- 4 to 6 years of job-related experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-orientation, flexibility, and strong organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate with business clients at all levels, including management level.
- Ability to interact with numerous college departments, instructors, students, and partner organizations.
- Flexibility to accept new and changing assignments and challenges.
- Project Management Skills.

Pay
$46,923 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
