We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Compensation Range: $80,000 - $92,000 yearly commensurate with experience. That's pay info. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation range. So we can include Pay section. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" which is placeholder? It says "commensurate with experience" is considered filler? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So if we include Pay section, we must not have filler text like "commensurate with experience". But we can include the range itself. The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler; we should perhaps omit that phrase, just give the range. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The compensation range is substantive; "commensurate with experience" is not substantive? It's a qualifier but maybe considered filler. Safer to include just the range: "$80,000 - $92,000 yearly". We can drop "commensurate with experience". That preserves substantive info (the range). The phrase is not needed. Benefits: we have details: three comprehensive healthcare plans, Housing Works covers most, staff accrues PTO immediately up to 30 days first year, educational benefit for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, textbooks. That's substantive. So Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention: "The Program Coordinator position is one which requires the staff person to be present in the program site 100% of the time." That's about schedule (full-time onsite). Could be considered schedule info. But we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state that the staff person must be present 100% of the time. That's a schedule requirement (full-time onsite). Could include Schedule section with that detail. However we need to avoid filler. The statement is substantive. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. But we also have "Occasionally expected to de-escalate tense, even hostile, client situations." That's more responsibilities. "Able to travel throughout New York City, including regular use of public transportation." That's also responsibilities or requirements. We need to avoid duplication. Also need to remove EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. We need to structure sections: About the role (Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? The posting has Overview paragraph, then Responsibilities (with Primary, Secondary, etc), then Requirements (list). There's also "Qualifications" not separate; but Requirements includes many items that could be considered qualifications/skills. We could combine Requirements and Skills? But we should follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if there is real specific content. We have Overview paragraph: "Overview:The Program Coordinator (PC) provides programmatic and clinical leadership..." That's About the role. Responsibilities: big list. Requirements: list of items like Licensed Master Social Worker etc. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could treat Requirements as qualifications. But we have both Requirements and maybe Skills? The list includes many skill items like Clinical Judgment, Supervision & Staff Development, Technology & Evaluation Skills, etc. Those could be considered Skills. However the instruction says we can have Skills section. But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps better to have Requirements section that includes both licensure and skill items. Or split into Requirements (licensure, experience) and Skills (competencies). Let's see if we can meaningfully split. The Requirements block starts with "Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent degree." then "Background working with people who have experienced homelessness strongly preferred." Then a bunch of bullet-like items: Clinical Judgment, Supervision & Staff Development, Technology & Evaluation Skills, Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge, Crisis Response, Training & Capacity Building, Dependability & Flexibility, Organization & Time Management, Communication & Documentation, Collaboration & Problem-Solving, Cultural Competency, Equity & Resident-Centered Practice, Advocacy & Community Engagement, Technology Proficiency, Language Skills, Substance Use and Mental Health, Engagement. Those are skills/competencies. Thus we could have Requirements section for licensure/degree/experience, and Skills section for the competencies. That seems reasonable. We also have "The Program Coordinator position is one which requires the staff person to be present in the program site 100% of the time." That's schedule. Also "Occasionally expected to de-escalate tense, even hostile, client situations." and "Able to travel throughout New York City, including regular use of public transportation." Could be responsibilities or requirements. We'll place them under Responsibilities maybe. We need to avoid duplication: The responsibilities list already includes many items like "Provide leadership and oversight...", "Supervision:", "Compliance:", etc. We'll keep those. We need to format lists with

. We must not include headings with empty/filler content. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's draft:
