Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain program data from multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics used to monitor operational performance and program outcomes.
- Compile and analyze operational, fiscal, compliance, and program data to identify trends, support reporting requirements, and assist with evaluating program effectiveness.
- Perform quality assurance reviews by identifying data discrepancies, validating supporting documentation, and recommending corrections to improve reporting accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems of record while ensuring compliance with Board policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and program staff to resolve data issues, improve reporting processes, and support organizational objectives.
- Provide technical assistance regarding data collection, reporting standards, and documentation requirements to ensure consistent reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing grants, public funds, or regulatory compliance programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex policies and apply them operationally.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate regulatory requirements clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study.
- 5 years of experience with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties.
