Program Overview
As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning.
- Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team.
- Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.
- Cook, plan meals, organize recreational activities, and manage household needs.
- Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams.
- Serve as primary on-call support except on the APC’s assigned days.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- A valid and current U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
- MUST have a MAP certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of residential experience required; behavioral experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
