Role Overview
The Program Coordinator supports operational and programmatic functions for nursing excellence initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows, accreditation compliance, and a high-quality learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage core operations, communication, and data tracking related to nursing programs and initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and continuing education efforts by maintaining accurate records and facilitating stakeholder communication.
- Assist with accreditation readiness activities, including data organization, evidence collection, and timeline management.
- Coordinate research, evidence‑based practice, and clinical inquiry documentation and tracking.
- Oversee departmental technology tools such as databases, surveys, and learning platforms.
- Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for professional development activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for nursing leadership and external partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data management systems.
