Program Coordinator � NPI

About the role

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support a Senior NPI Manager in coordinating end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for hardware programs.

Location: Santa Clara, CA. Experience: 5‑10 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NPI deliverables, schedules, and execution checklists.
• Track DFX (DFM/DFA/DFT) reviews and closure.
• Coordinate PCBA board deliveries and Prototype Build Requests (PBR).
• Track program KPIs including schedule, yield, quality, cost, and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional NPI meetings and drive issues to closure.
• Support system and board builds and Engineering build readiness.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and factory activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Hardware / PCB / PCBA product-based companies.
• PCBA builds and system integration.
• Manufacturing readiness and factory coordination.
• Experience supporting Sr. NPI or Operations Managers.
• DFX reviews, PBR processes, manufacturing signoffs, and board/system delivery coordination.
• Experience with Engineering builds and production ramp.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay

Compensation: $120‑$124K.
