About the Role
The Program Coordinator II will supervise the provision of services to program participants in Napa County through direct staff supervision. This role involves overseeing staff, participating in county-wide meetings, tracking program goals, and supporting staff in client crises and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership to the assigned team.
- Participate in county-wide meetings and provide feedback on program successes and necessary system re-designs.
- Engage in ongoing tracking and evaluation of program goals and effectiveness.
- Support staff in dealing with client crises and problem-solving with managers on challenging participant situations.
- Provide feedback, coaching, training, and disciplinary action as needed.
- Ensure real-time and accurate data entry by staff.
- Work with Data Specialists on reporting to funders and stakeholders on program activities.
- Monitor assigned employee’s contacts with participants to ensure maximization of funding and program deliverables.
- Facilitate case conferencing and administrative meetings.
- Develop materials, assessment tools, job descriptions, and other program processes/documents/tools.
- Develop program policies, procedures, and service delivery aspects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of professional experience in human services, social work, or a related field, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively with low-income families.
- 1 year of direct experience in providing and supervising services to individuals who are homeless and/or have extremely low incomes.
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Use of personal vehicle with proof of a valid and current California Driver’s License, current insurance, and a clean DMV record.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Strong ability to represent the agency and interact effectively with a diverse population.
- Working knowledge of Psychiatric Disorders.
- Knowledge and ability to implement evidence-based models: Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Experience in building supportive and respectful working relationships with participants and staff.
- Practice and knowledge of culturally sensitive components of direct service delivery.
- Experience in effectively intervening in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, systems, and platforms.
- Ability to learn and use required mobile devices and business-related applications.
- Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence and cultural humility.

Pay
Salary: $75,000.00– $92,000.00 annually DOE (Exempt/Full Time)
