About the role

Responsible for coordinating program activities and providing administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Contributes to reporting and data analysis to assess program impact and support strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events related to hospital programs, such as workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
  • Enter and manage program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with program participants and stakeholders, providing information, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries.
  • Provide assistance with the program's financial operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-1 year of administrative or program support experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic financial/accounting skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships through exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and email correspondence.
  • Skilled in internet research, spreadsheet management, calendar coordination, scheduling, and preparation of professional business communications.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Onsite with hybrid option after 90 days of training
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40

Pay

The posted salary reflects the starting range for this position. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, including experience, education, and relevant skills.

  • Pay range: $19.81 - $28.30/hourly
