Program Coordinator

About the role

Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system at UChicago Medicine as a Program Coordinator with our Cancer Care Department in Hyde Park. In this role you will partner with the rest of the clinical team to provide patients the highest quality of care. Supports the day-to-day operations of the TOC department, programs, and services.

Responsibilities

• Manages the logistical and administrative work to ensure all programs run smoothly in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Develop e-learning materials, administer LMS, and maintain the web page for the Talent and Organization Capability department.
• Provide administrative support for the Director, Talent Development and the department team members.
• Implement processes and practices to provide an ideal employee experience for all participants.
• Maintain records for attendance, program evaluations, expenses, and vendor tracking.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ progressive in organizational development professional and/or learning and development, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or biomedical environment
• Extensive skill and practical use of software, web-based, and cloud-based applications including MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and LMS Administration.
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills with proven experience.
• Detailed-oriented, process-focused, and highly professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
