We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Total Health (maybe "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About Total Health (description of company). Could map to "About the role"? But they said "About the role" as example; we can use "About Total Health" as heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples; we can use appropriate headings. Likely we should use "About Total Health" as a heading. Also we have "Summary" maybe could be part of About the role? But we can treat "Summary" as part of About the role? However we need to avoid duplication. The posting includes: "This role is fully remote and would require about 50% of travel, including weekends." That's remote and travel info. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "Remote" but not required. We'll incorporate into About Total Health or maybe a short paragraph. We have "Key Responsibilities" list -> use

Responsibilities

with
  • . We have "Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred" and "Professional Skills and Requirements:" list. Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. The instruction says we can have sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. Probably combine education and experience into Requirements or Qualifications. Skills list can go under Skills. We have "What Success Looks Like:" maybe not needed as separate section; could be omitted as not standard heading. Could be part of Responsibilities? But it's descriptive; maybe we can include as a paragraph under a heading like "Success Criteria"? Not in list. Better to omit if not matching standard headings; but we must preserve all substantive information. We could incorporate that content into a

under Responsibilities or a separate section like "What Success Looks Like" but not in allowed headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those examples. Safer to stick to those headings; we can embed the "What Success Looks Like" content into a paragraph under Responsibilities or maybe under a generic

after Responsibilities. We have "Why Join Total Health?" and "Join Us in Making a Difference". Those are promotional; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's company culture; maybe we should keep as a section like "About Total Health" already covers mission. Could combine. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none. We need to not repeat the job title as a heading. Not needed. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. So we will include: - About Total Health (or About the role) with description of company and remote/travel note. - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (education + experience) - Skills (professional skills) Maybe also Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present (though travel% mentioned). Could include Schedule? Not specific schedule like hours; travel% is not schedule. So omit. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: About Total Health: paragraph about company mission, programs, etc. Also note: "This role is fully remote and would require about 50% of travel, including weekends." We'll include that in About Total Health paragraph. Summary: "The Program Coordinator plays a key role..." Could be part of About the role; but we already have About Total Health. Maybe we create a section "About the role" with summary and remote/travel note. But we already have About Total Health describing company. The instruction's example includes About the role. So we could have two sections: About the role (summary + remote/travel) and About Total Health (company description). However we must avoid thin sections; but both have substantive content. Let's decide: Use

    About the role

    for summary and remote/travel. Use

    About Total Health

for company description. That seems okay. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Professional Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience; Minimum of 3 years experience... etc. That's overlapping. We'll combine: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 3 years in meeting planning, conference management, event operations, medical education, hospitality, or related field; healthcare or medical education experience preferred. We'll put that under Requirements. Skills: list of skills: Exceptional organizational skills..., Demonstrated ability..., Strong written and verbal..., Strong problem-solving..., Proficiency in Microsoft Office..., Strong interpersonal..., Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote..., A strong sense of ownership..., Growth-oriented mindset..., Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%..., etc. We'll put those under Skills. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections unless present. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

This role is fully remote and would require about 50% of travel, including weekends. The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, promotion, and execution of multiple medical education programs throughout the year. Coordinators take ownership of their assigned programs from initial planning and attendee recruitment through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation. This position requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, anticipate needs, and take ownership of details and deadlines. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a remote, cross-functional team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes planning and being on-site to bring an event to life.

We develop and execute live, virtual, and hybrid conferences that bring together leading experts, healthcare providers, industry partners, and the patient perspective. Our team combines thoughtful program development with exceptional execution to deliver education that is relevant, engaging, inclusive, and impactful for the oncology community.

    • Coordinate the planning and execution of multiple live, virtual, and hybrid oncology education programs from initial planning through completion.
    • Develop and maintain program timelines, task lists, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure programs remain on schedule and within budget.
    • Take an active role in attendee recruitment for assigned programs, developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to drive registration and achieve attendance goals.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for program faculty, vendors, venues, partners, and other stakeholders throughout the planning process.
    • Coordinate faculty logistics, including invitations, scheduling, travel, accommodations, meeting materials, and on-site needs.
    • Manage event logistics including venue coordination, food and beverage, audiovisual requirements, room setups, signage, shipping, registration, and other operational details.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Accreditation, and Finance, to ensure program deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
    • Track program expenses, invoices, and budget activity while identifying potential discrepancies and opportunities for cost efficiencies.
    • Schedule and facilitate planning calls, internal check-ins, and post-program debriefs, ensuring action items are documented and completed.
    • Provide hands-on, on-site event management, including registration, faculty and sponsor support, vendor coordination, room management, and troubleshooting.
    • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively identify solutions before they impact the program, faculty, partners, or attendees.
    • Maintain organized and accurate program records, documentation, and internal tracking systems.
    • Support adherence to applicable medical education, accreditation, and industry compliance requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, program execution, and the overall attendee experience.
    • Support additional programs, initiatives, and special projects as needed.

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant professional experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in meeting planning, conference management, event operations, medical education, hospitality, or a related field; healthcare or medical education experience is preferred.

    Skills

    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple programs, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with physicians, partners, vendors, clients, and colleagues.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate unexpected changes calmly and effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management, project management, registration, or CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
    • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently drive assigned programs toward established attendance, budget, timeline, and execution goals.
    • A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and shared team success.
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including frequent weekend travel and occasional early-morning or evening event responsibilities.
We should not include any extra text. Ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any duplicated content: We have remote/travel in About the role and also in Skills; that's okay as it's substantive. We have not included "What Success Looks Like" or "Why Join Total Health?" or "Join Us in Making a Difference". Those are promotional; maybe we should incorporate them into About Total Health? The instruction says remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those sections are not boilerplate but are company culture/mission. Could be considered part of About Total Health. However we already have About Total Health paragraph describing mission; we could add more from those sections to preserve substantive information. Let's see content: "Why Join Total Health? At Total Health, our work is centered on creating meaningful educational experiences that can ultimately contribute to better oncology care. Our programs and company culture are guided by a commitment to: Evidence-based, unbiased medical education Meaningful representation of diverse voices in science and medicine Detail-driven, thoughtful program execution Health equity and addressing disparities in cancer care Geographic, cultural, and professional diversity Gender equity in faculty and leadership opportunities Incorporating the often-unheard patient perspective" "Join Us in Making a Difference If you are energized by fast-moving work, enjoy taking ownership of complex projects, and want to help create exceptional educational experiences for the oncology community, we would love to hear from you." These are substantive and not boilerplate. We should preserve them. Could add to About Total Health paragraph or create a separate section like "Why Join Total Health?" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About Total Health as additional paragraph. Thus modify About Total Health to include those points. Let's craft About Total Health paragraph(s): First paragraph: description of company. Second paragraph: commitment to values (list). Could be a
